These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you”, “your”, “user”) and Flawless (“we”, “us”, “our”), governing your use of our software, services and any related tools or platforms.

Flawless is a client-side modification for Minecraft Java Edition 26.2 running on Fabric. It is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive and revocable license to use Flawless for your own private, non-commercial use. This license does not transfer ownership of the software.

• Monthly — the license lasts for each 30-day term you have paid for.
• Lifetime — the license lasts for as long as Flawless is offered. “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the product, not of the purchaser.

You may not:

• Share, resell, rent, lease or transfer your license key or access.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or tamper with Flawless.
• Attempt to bypass our security, protections or authentication systems.
• Distribute modified or cracked versions of the software.

You are solely responsible for your account and any activity carried out under it. Keep your credentials private. Any misuse, breach or unauthorized access traced back to your license is your responsibility.

You agree not to use Flawless for anything illegal, for harassment, or to attack, disrupt or overload any service or infrastructure — including denial-of-service activity of any kind. You remain responsible for complying with the law that applies to you.

An overview of what we collect and how it is handled:

Payment information

We do not store payment details. Transactions are handled by third-party payment providers.

Hardware identification (HWID)

We collect hardware identifiers, the name of your PC and your IP address to enforce licensing, prevent piracy and protect against unauthorized access. A license is bound to one machine; resets are handled on request in Discord.

Usage and crash logs

Basic crash reports and anonymous usage statistics may be collected to improve stability and performance.

Online configs

Configs you save are stored on our servers, so you can load them whenever you play.

Full-screen screenshots

With your prior explicit consent, Flawless may capture a screenshot of your entire PC screen every time the client starts and every time it closes. These screenshots may include other applications, messages and any personal or sensitive information visible on your screen at those moments. Screen capture requires your explicit consent before it takes place.

Data sharing

We never sell or trade user data. Everything collected is used only for support, security and improving the product.

Access is granted automatically. Once payment clears, the license is applied to the account used to purchase it — there is nothing to redeem and no key is sent by email. Sign in to the dashboard to download and use it.

All sales are final. Access is granted immediately on payment and the software cannot be returned once delivered, so we do not issue refunds — including for bans, for changing your mind, or for hardware you no longer use.

By completing a purchase you ask for immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that you lose any right of withdrawal once delivery begins. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute results in immediate and permanent removal of your license.

If you are not sure whether Flawless fits your setup, check the requirements or ask in Discord before you buy. Nothing in this section removes rights you may have that cannot be waived under the consumer law that applies to you.

Flawless may update automatically or require manual action. We may pause, delay or permanently discontinue updates at any time, with or without notice. Which features are available may change over time.

We may suspend or terminate your license at any time, with or without notice, for breaking these Terms or if suspicious activity is detected. That includes license sharing, running cracked software, exploiting vulnerabilities and abusing our systems.

Flawless is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not responsible or liable for bans, damages, data loss or any other issue arising from use of the software.

Any attempt — successful or not — to reverse-engineer, crack, patch, unpack, dump or defeat the protections on Flawless or any component we ship results in immediate and permanent removal of your license, without refund. The same applies to uploading, sharing, mirroring, forwarding or otherwise exposing the Flawless .jar or any other Flawless file to third parties, whether privately or in public.

You must not help third parties — including anti-cheat vendors, server or platform staff, and public communities — identify, fingerprint or detect Flawless. This covers reporting indicators of compromise, samples, memory dumps, source snippets, screenshots of internals or any other material intended to reduce our detection surface. Providing such material, or coordinating with others who do, results in immediate and permanent removal of your license, without refund.

We may update, modify or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continuing to use Flawless after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
